All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-2 working days providing orders are placed before 2pm.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

When returning items, we would strongly suggest that you use a 'signed for' and insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. as you are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. Any delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
In the unusual event that an item is faulty or damaged please contact us via the contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org with images and a brief description. Once we have confirmed an item is faulty we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund, If we request the damaged item is to be returned to us we will arrange to pay the return shipping costs.
